Where is Kyandi Friperie based?

Kyandi Friperie is based in Bern, Switzerland, but we operate fully online, allowing customers across Europe to enjoy our unique collection.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most European countries, including but not limited to: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom. For a full list, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

What are your shipping rates?

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland):
Economy Shipping (2-7 business days) – 5 CHF (Free on orders over 80 CHF).
International Shipping (Europe):
Priority Tracked Shipping (4-14 business days) – 9 EUR (Free on orders over 80 CHF).

Which European countries do you ship to?

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hi@kyandifriperie.com for assistance.

Do you cover customs and import charges?

We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred on international deliveries, however we try our best to minimize the likelihood of import taxes.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address details at checkout.

Can I exchange or return my items?

Given the unique nature of our vintage pieces, we do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or do not match their descriptions. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. If your return request is approved, we will provide a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping costs.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returned items must be sent with tracking. Kyandi Friperie is not liable for any returns lost in transit without tracking.

Are all items one-of-a-kind?

Yes, each item in our shop is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece. Once an item sells, it’s unlikely we’ll have it again, so we encourage you to purchase as soon as you find something you love!

Do you restock items?

No, our items are unique and are not restocked once sold. However, we frequently update our collection with new vintage finds, so check back often!

What condition are the items in?

All our items are pre-loved vintage pieces. While we select only the best quality items, some pieces may show gentle signs of wear, which are part of their charm. Please review the product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
